For over twenty three years, CEO William Dunlap  has built a solid reputation as one of California's most trusted real estate appraisers. William has been certified by the Appraisal Foundation as a USPAP instructor and teaches in both the Appraiser and Broker licensing programs for a national company.  William has also been appointed as a Probate Referee and is the only appraiser of about 15,000 in California to hold these dual distinctions.

William started his business education at San Francisco State University and continued at Golden Gate University while pursuing an audit background at a Big 4 Accounting firm. In addition to being a CPA, William has also attained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.

As a AQB Certified USPAP instructor and a dual designated auditor, William's qualifications as an investigator and reviewer are unique in California.
